“The number of malicious programs created for illegal profiteering has more than doubled in recent years,” says Eugene Kaspersky. “At the CeBIT press conference, I will talk about malware development and what can be done by the antivirus industry to best protect users and mitigate the consequences of virus attacks.”

Presentations on key aspects of antivirus technology development will be given at the Kaspersky Lab stand every hour. For example, company representatives will present information about the continuing growth in the market for malicious code, as well as highlight Kaspersky Lab's solutions that protect against viruses, hacker attacks, spam, and other types of cyber threats. Guests will also have a chance to win prizes at the stand.

On Thursday, March 9, at 18.00, Kaspersky Lab invites partners and media representatives to a special welcome to CeBIT – Russendisko - which will take place at the company's exhibition stand. Popular European DJs Yury Gurzhiy and Vladimir Kaminer will be on hand to entertain guests.
